Throw in some side quests, not thrilling but quests are always nice to have in game, but the economy is poopy and broken, and quests being buggy though.

I suppose there's no mod that does this, correct?įor me ACOK's has way better combat, graphics, and overall "look" and "feel". I think it's one of the biggest improvement over this game, if nothing else. Can't wait to see how the "family/descendants" mechanics plays out in Bannerlord. Off topic, M&B tends to get a bit boring in late game, after your character gets developed a lot imo. I'm also intrigued by the complexity of "Nova Aetas". Vikings Conquest is a must try though because I always imagined how this game would be with an actual story. It's hard and has a fantasy setting, I don't think I would like the historical-inspired ones. Prophesy of Pendor sounds like something I'd love to get into.

But the Brytenwalda mod, by the same authors is free and includes Diplomacy, as well as a lot of other content. Viking Conquest does not, because it is a paid DLC, and cannot include Open Source content such as Diplomacy. After all The Last Day is about the War of the Ring, and the Free People are past diplomacy with the Towers. The Last Days do not, because teh mod changes the gameplay so much, that Diplomacy's features have little use. Prophecy of Pendor does not, because it has its own version that does pretty much the same, which was developed back in the days before Diplomacy was a thing. But plenty of mods out there use it anyways in some shape or form) I see, thanks.Of all the mods I listed, only three do NOT include Diplomacy in some form. Diplomacy is it's own mod in the launcher, so you cannot use it combined with something else. Just one question though, I can not use "Diplomacy" features in any mod if I don't subscribe to it on workshop? Thanks man! I will look into those when I'm done with either of my GOT playthrough :D ( boom boom bangy especially haha) But the mods I enjoy the most are the following: Originally posted by Tuidjy:The most 'important' mod would be diplomacy, which is a nice addition to most standard mods. Most of them have more interesting unique game mechanics, as well.

Not all of them have as much unique graphics content as the GoT mods, but they work well as Warband mods.

Most entertaining story - Viking Conquest (but is a paid DLC) Most satisfying to win - The Last Days (but changes core mechanics so they're unrecognizable) Most boom-boom-bang-bangy - Suvarnabhumi Mahayuthn (but suffers from kitchen sink syndrome) Most polished - Prophecy of Pendor (but extremely hard to start)

Most fun to play - Phantasy 2018 (but make sure you download v158a2) Most ambitious - Perisno (but still has quite a few problems) Most complex - Nova Aetas (but is buggy as hell) Most historical - La Guerre de Cent Ans (but may be currently unavailable due to developer drama) Most stylish - Gekokujo (but seriously on the easy side) Most realistic feel - Brytenwalda (but a punishing slog at times) The most 'important' mod would be diplomacy, which is a nice addition to most standard mods.
